How it started...
Our story started almost a year ago, on a fun Friday night in College Station. We were sitting around, just chatting away, when out of the blue we came up with the idea of starting a hat business. We were all instantly captivated by the thought and began tossing around different name ideas... that's when we stumbled upon the name "High Water," and it just clicked!
As we returned to school the idea of the hat business slowly faded into the background but in early 2023 we decided to take matters into our own hands. We gathered a few hats we had lying around and had them embroidered with our logo. The moment we held those first batch of hats, proudly displaying our logo, we knew deep down that we had found something special.
Following our dreams!
In the following days, we were unstoppable. We registered our business as an LLC, created more logos, sourced hats, and expanded our network. Batch after batch, our enthusiasm and dedication grew. Throughout this whole journey, we were incredibly fortunate to have the unwavering support and encouragement of our family and friends. They believed in us and urged us not to give up.
I can't stress enough the importance of pursuing your passions without fear. It doesn't matter who you are; if you have the drive and determination, that's more valuable than anything else. Just take a look at us—just a couple of A&M students who dared to chase an idea and turn it into reality! Here's to many more accomplishments on the horizon. Keep living life to the fullest, and never stop reaching for your dreams! :)
